There is no doubt about the power of social media.Each of us planning to expand their business can rightly tap into the enormous exposure that the platforms can bring along.
One of my friend is a fashion designer and she was looking to work with bigger firms and she started her blog. Recently,almost six months into blogging and social media, she picked her first contract with one of the biggest designers here and is not working for the next Fashion Week happening in Dubai... true story! :)
@Hajra I LOVE that story Hajra...she must have known exactly how to leverage her social media exposure so that she appeared authentic and credible to that large client. The possibilities are almost endless as to how you can utilize social media to promote yourself, your brand and/or your ideas.
